This policy explains how The Place (Wicked Good Restaurants, LLC), Roseville & Placerville, CA, handles information you share when you call, text, or order with us.

Information we collect

When you place an order by phone, text, or online, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, your order details, and the content of your messages with us. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Square) through a secure link — we do not store your card number.

How we use it

For orders, we use this information only to take and prepare your order, send order and payment confirmations, and contact you if there's a question about your order. Message frequency depends on your order activity, and message & data rates may apply.

Text messaging & consent

By texting us first you consent to receive order-related text messages at that number. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Order texts are sent only in response to your order.

Birthday Club & newsletter

When you join our Birthday Club we collect your first name, email, cell number, and birthday (month and day, no year). We use them to send your birthday offer and our email newsletter. We send marketing texts only if you check the separate optional box agreeing to them, which is not required to join. Message frequency varies, message & data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or share your phone number, message content, or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers (such as our payment processor) strictly to fulfill your order, or as required by law.

Data retention

We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete it.
